These simple steps can help you stay informed on what is happening at Carter Middle School.

POWER SCHOOL DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sign up for daily or weekly email notifications through Power School.

  • Sign in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
  • On the left side of the screen, click on Email Notification.
  • You have several options to choose from: Grades, Attendance, and School Announcements. School Announcements will give you information on school activities, 1/2 day Friday reminders, days there is no school, club meetings, and various other reminders and notifications.
  • You will be able to choose how often you receive the notifications that you have selected.

Carter Remind - Receive text messages from the Principal

On your IPhone or Android phone, open your web browser and go to the following link: rmd.at/carterco

Follow the instructions to sign up for Remind. You'll be prompted to download the mobile app.

  • If you don't have a smartphone, get text notifications. Text the message @carterco to the number 81010.
  • If you're having trouble with 81010, try texting @carterco to 586-649-3714.
